YellowCircle is a boutique cake studio / workshop born and raised in Hong Kong in 2015.
(Licensed Food Factory Number: 4963806730). It is named after Taylor grandmother’s Chinese name(Huang Qiu),
to show her love and respect. Love at first bite. It is the strong belief held by the co-founders, Taylor and Jayden, that happiness and joy can be shared through making sweets.
Taylor’s cake decorating skills and style are deeply inspired by her graphic design studies in Australia.
She found satisfaction when she worked in her sister’s kitchen, Phoenix Sweets and a Japanese patisserie chain, Mon Cher. Being as a graphic designer to cake creative, her works always show her obsession on pretty patterns and talented colour-matching skills. Meanwhile, Jayden is a funky-chic pastry chef that has a lot to offer. His repertoire includes but not limited to Éclair, Canelé, Macaron.
In addition to elegant designs, YellowCircle’s cakes are made using low-sugar recipe and finest ingredients,
which the edible flowers are imported from France every week. It is also specialised in catering solutions for brands, weddings and special events. Taylor also teaches group or private baking or decorating workshops.
Our commercial clients include some of the most prestigious international corporations. Apart from serving sweets, we are always up for sparkles and collaboration with people in any other fields. This gives a little hope
in our small but energetic city.
